Hulu The First + Samsung
The show was about women leading humanity's next great frontier. The brief was a launch event. But a standard screening and panel wouldn't honor that theme, it would flatten it.
The insight was that the most authentic way to launch a show about female leadership was to actually platform female leaders. Not as backdrop, but as the event itself. We partnered with Samsung 837 and brought together industry trailblazers for a multi-day series called "Women First" complete with career conversations, exclusive screenings, interactive sessions between fans and the leaders who inspired them.
The series content was translated through viewing lounges, VR, costumes, props, digital art stations, and social photo moments woven throughout the Samsung space, but they each served the larger idea rather than leading it. The result was an event that felt culturally urgent, not just promotional.
Throughout the event, #TheFirstonHulu generated over 5 million impressions, uniting women on a global scale around the idea that if you can see her, you can be her.
